Product Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Engineer in Latvia to work directly with customers to understand their business problems and rapidly deliver web- and mobile-based solutions. You’ll combine product thinking, workflow engineering, and low-code development to turn real-world operational needs into working systems.

This is a hybrid role at the intersection of customer discovery, solution design, and delivery. You’ll own problems end-to-end: from understanding how a customer operates today, to building automated workflows, lightweight front ends, and clear dashboards that drive real business outcomes.

What you’ll work on

  • Work directly with customers to understand their business processes, pain points, and success metrics.
  • Translate business problems into practical solution designs, workflows, and product features.
  • Design and build custom backend workflows using automation platforms (e.g. Make.com, ActivePieces, or similar).
  • Build web and mobile-facing functionality using vibe coding or other low-code tools.
  • Create dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g. PowerBI) to surface insights, KPIs, and operational visibility for customers.
  • Rapidly prototype solutions, validate them with customers, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Integrate third-party systems and APIs, managing authentication, webhooks, retries, rate limits, and edge cases.
  • Own delivery from concept to launch: scoping work, breaking it into deliverables, and managing dependencies.
  • Ensure solutions are maintainable, well-structured, and aligned with internal standards.
  • Apply strong UX awareness to ensure workflows, dashboards, and interfaces are intuitive, clear, and fit for non-technical users.
  • Take ownership of ongoing support for delivered solutions, diagnosing issues, making improvements, and evolving workflows as customer needs change.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine solution patterns and improve how customer solutions are delivered over time.

What you bring

  • Comfort working with APIs: reading documentation, handling authentication, webhooks, and JSON payloads.
  • Ability to understand business problems and translate them into clear, buildable technical solutions.
  • Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders to gather requirements and validate outcomes.
  • Curiosity around AI models and automation tools, and the ability to apply them pragmatically to customer use cases.
  • Solid grasp of core software concepts: environments, versioning, testing, and error handling.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with clear documentation habits.

Nice to have

  • Prior hands-on experience with automation or workflow platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, ActivePieces, Retool, Airtable Automations, or similar).
  • Experience building solutions in no-code/low-code environments (vibe coding, Bubble, Retool, Webflow Logic, etc.).
  • Experience in customer solution delivery, consulting, or implementation roles.
  • Understanding of business operations (e.g. sales ops, finance ops, customer support, supply chain).
  • Experience designing or building dashboards and analytics for non-technical users.
  • Ability to extend low-code tools with JavaScript or Python when needed.
  • Experience working in small, fast-moving product or startup teams.

What We Offer

  • High ownership: you’ll see your solutions used by customers quickly and visibly.
  • An environment that values experimentation, speed, and practical impact.
  • A supportive, collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality solutions
  • Opportunities for professional growth and continuous development
  • Competitive compensation with growth potential.
